The eChart Settings can be located by navigating to Administration > eChart > eChart Settings:
Please note that any changes made under the Administration panel will affect all providers on the EMR. All changes must be applied by a provider with Admin access.
Now lets do a break down of the different settings.
Manage eChart Display Settings:
The first section is to customize items that are displayed within the eChart. Additional information can be enabled to be shown, or items can be hidden.
When the setting is showing as NO, the timer will be visible:
The next couple of settings revolve around the coloured ribbons that are added to the Encounter notes:
With them set to NO, the ribbons will be displayed in the eChart:
Additional information can be added to the eChart for quick reference, permitting the details are added to the patient's Master Record.

Having the Documents grouped together by types can make it easier to locate certain Documents:
You can check out the video for this setting HERE.
Additional patient details can be added to populate into the eChart, including Roster (Enrollment) status to provide opportunity to increase patient count.
Please note that if you click on the roster status icon in the eChart it will load the patient's Enrollment History to reference.
To better view Measurements and Preventions, a couple settings could be enabled.
Please contact Support for assistance with setting the Measurements alphabetically at this time.
In order to only show the Preventions that are overdue for the patient, the setting must be set to YES:
If you wish to have an additional notification if a patient appears on an Outside Use Report, the setting can be set to YES:
Please note that the Outside Use report must be downloaded and then opened under View MOH Files for this information to update in a patient's eChart.
The initial Tickler message can be displayed in the eChart by enabling the setting, without it turned on the most recent message entered in the Tickler is visible from the eChart.
In addition to other items mentioned above (chart number and email symbol), other options can be added to the Header of the eChart.
A quick access link to the PRO Inbox is available, this allows for easy Document viewing. The Inbox link will be available along the top Header of the eChart.
Please note that the Inbox shortcut is only available for the PRO interface.
The patient's HIN can also be displayed along the top Header of the eChart.
The reason can be included in the date and service referred to under Consultations by enabling the setting:
Manage eChart Settings:
Additional settings are available for the eChart, which include the ability to automatically paste a note to the Encounter after certain items are faxed. The items include Consultation, Prescription and an eForm. This will add details of what was faxed, and to where with the inclusion of the fax number.
A pop up can be enabled to display a patient's Allergies when the eChart is first launched, this pop up will need to be disabled every time you enter the eChart:
Please note that OK or Cancel will both remove the pop up and display the eChart.
The final eChart setting allows you to enter in an assigned label that can be included when generating a PDF copy of the patient's eChart while using the Printer dialogue option:
In our example, we used the label CHART NUMBER INCLUDED, and it will be displayed below the patient details on the first page of the PDF in the top right corner.
After making any changes to the eChart Settings page the SAVE button located at the very bottom would need to be clicked to apply all selected changes.
