Users are able to create custom Measurement Groups that can be used to add measurements to a patients record via the eChart. Custom Measurement Groups can be accessed by hovering over the Measurement + Icon in eChart, and selecting desired group.
Please see instructions below on how to create and edit a custom measurement group
Creating a Measurement Group + Adding Measurements:
- Navigate to Administration (at the top)
- Select System Management > Customize Measurements
- Click on the Add Measurement Group link
- Enter a desired name for the measurement group (eg. Vitals2)
- Click Continue
- To add a measurement, select a row from the All Types (on the left) and click the Add button for it to be added to your measurement group (on the right)
- Continue adding measurements as desired.
- Click Close when finished
Editing a Measurement Group
- Navigate to Administration (at the top)
- Select System Management > Customize Measurements
- Click on Edit Measurements Group link
- Select desired group to edit from dropdown and click on Modify Measurements Types
- Select a measurement on the left and click Add to add it to the group OR select a measurement on right and click Delete to remove it from the group
- Continue editing as desired
- Click Close when finished
