A new filter is available to help you easily identify and process recovered HRM (Health Report Manager) files.
Recovered HRMs are reports that were previously missing and have now been restored and re-delivered to your inbox.

Finding Recovered HRMs
The Classic and Pro Inbox interfaces now include a “Recovered HRMs” filter, which displays the number of recovered items currently visible in your inbox.
In the example below, there are 7 Recovered HRM items displaying in the inbox:
Using the Recovered HRM Filter
Click the “Show Recovered HRMs” dropdown to choose how recovered items are displayed.
- Show Recovered HRMs (Default): Displays recovered items alongside all other inbox items.
- Hide Recovered HRMs: Removes recovered items from view.
- Only Show Recovered HRMs: Displays only recovered items so you can review and clear them.

What To Do With Recovered HRM
Use the filter to review recovered HRMs when it fits your workflow. You can review them alongside other inbox items or isolate them to process separately.
Process recovered HRMs as you normally would:
- Review results
- Reassign if needed
- Sign off with comments
- etc.
