When contacting support, you may be asked to load the Teamviewer application so that a technician can get connected and share you screen. Please see instructions below on how to load Teamviewer in Windows on Google Chrome browser from OSCAR.
Opening Teamviewer from OSCAR
- Navigate to the schedule page of OSCAR
- Click the "Teamviewer" button at the top right on the schedule
- A new window opens and the Teamviewer application automatically starts downloading
- Once download is finished, click "TeamViewerQS.exe" file name at the bottom left of the screen OR select the chevron icon and click Open
NOTE: depending on the Windows settings, you may ask to "allow" access to this application. Please accept. - The opened Teamviewer Application displays an ID and a password. Please provide both the ID and password to the technician and wait for their instructions.
