When contacting support, you may be asked to load the Teamviewer application so that a technician can get connected and share you screen. Please see instructions below on how to load Teamviewer in Windows on Google Chrome browser outside of OSCAR.
Opening Teamviewer outside of OSCAR
- Open Chrome Browser and navigate to the following website: oscarpro.ca
- Scroll to the bottom if necessary and click the Download Teamviewer button under the 'Show us what's going on' section
- A new window opens and the Teamviewer application automatically starts downloading.
- Once download is finished, click "TeamViewerQS.exe" file name at the bottom left of the screen OR select the chevron icon and click Open
NOTE: depending on the Windows settings, you may ask to "allow" access to this application. Please accept. - The opened Teamviewer Application displays an ID and a password. Please provide both the ID and password to the technician and wait for their instructions.
