There is an Administrative setting to provide a notification regarding outstanding Preventions to display on a scheduled appointment.
Preventions:
Items that are overdue for a patient will show in Red in the patient eChart, under the Preventions module:
The overdue Preventions will also show when you open the Preventions module with the + from the eChart, these will be listed at the top in Red:
This type of notification can be enabled to show on the scheduled appointment. This visual aid allows you to see overdue items and advise the patient while they're in for a different reason. A new appointment can be booked for the Prevention, if not already booked in the patient Appointment History.

This can be enabled by navigating to Administration > Schedule Management > Prevention Notification Settings:
The top Display On Appointment Screen needs to be Enabled and Save.
Once done, you may then review the listed Preventions and Disable any that you do not need a notification regarding. At the very bottom of this list will be the button Save Custom:
Once Enabled, on the schedule will show a Stop sign beside the name of any patient that has an over due Prevention:
By hovering your mouse over the Stop sign, it will advise on the Preventions.
