In this video, I walk you through the steps to enable prevention notifications on your schedule page. We’ll cover how to access the prevention module and customize which notifications you want to receive. It's important to note that these changes won't affect the notifications in the patient's clinical chart. Please make sure to save any custom settings you apply. Let me know if you have any questions after watching!
0:00 Hi there. In today's training video, we're going to be going over how to enable a prevention notification on your
schedule page.
0:10 So typically, your preventions are going to be located within the patient's clinical chart, and that's going to be
with the E, and I'm just going to open that up from here.
0:20 Preventions that may be overdue for that patient would be listed in red from your preventions in the top left
corner of the patient's clinical chart.
0:28 When I click on the plus sign in order to open up our preventions module. Those will also be listed, again, up at
the top of your preventions listed in the patient's In order to have a notification regarding those overdue preventions
from your schedule page, we're going to enable a setting.
0:45 That's going to be done on your administration, then we're going to click on schedule management on the left,
and we're going to go into prevention notification settings.
0:57 From here, I'll see along the top, we're going to click off enabled, and click save. That is going to automatically
enable all of the different preventions within the system.
1:08 You can see beside each one of these that there is also a disable button beside it. You are able to customize
which preventions you wish to have a notification on your schedule.
1:18 This will not alter the notifications from within the patient's clinical chart, just what is going to be visible within
the stop sign on your scheduled page.
1:28 Any changes that you make here, if you do click off disable on any of them, there is a save button at the bottom,
so save custom for you to utilize.
1:38 If I close off our admin panel, we're now going to see that stop sign that's going to be beside any patients that
have something that is overdue within their patient's chart.
1:49 If you hover your mouse over the stop sign itself, it'll display any of those items that need to be reviewed and
updated within their chart.
2:00 When the patient comes in for their appointment, if they have a stop sign there, you're able to advise that they
are overdue for prevention and be able to book them for a follow-up.
2:10 That would be concluding today's video on how to enable a prevention plan. If you on your scheduled page.
