Certain development tickets have been excluded from the list as they may include features not fully activated, technical terminology that does not offer substantial insight to users, or sensitive technical information.

Attachment Widget in eForms and Smart Encounter Form

The Attachment Widget is now integrated into eForms and the Smart Encounter Form. Users can seamlessly append patient health data items available in the Attachment Manager to the end of their eForms or Smart Letters.

Here are some practical applications:

Attach patients lab or HRM results, to the end of a faxed MRI eForm requisition.
Include generic care instructions from an "eDoc" when printing an eForm for a patient.
Append patient health records, like documents, when faxing a letter via the Smart Encounter.

The Attachment Widget is automatically included in the Smart Encounter Form and most eForms by default.

Attach Patient Records to eForm or Smart Letter

Navigate to eChart
Create a new eForm or Smart Encounter Form
Locate the Attachment Widget (closer to the bottom)
Click Add Attachments
Select desired items from the Attachment Manager screen
Click Save
The selected items now appear as attachments. Use Remove to remove specific item from the list or Edit Attachments to select additional items
Result: when the eForm or Smart Encounter is faxed or exported to PDF, the selected items are appended to the end of the output.

Include Cover Page When Faxing in Attachment Manager

When faxing items using the Attachment Manager, users can now include a custom cover letter with a subject and body text.

Clicking on Fax reveals a new section with "Include Fax Cover Page" enabled by default.

Entering a subject line and/or body text will cause the associated values to display on the cover page when the fax is sent.

The cover page includes the clinic name and address, followed by the custom text inputted and selected attachments.

De-selecting "Include Fax Cover Page" will prevent the cover page from being included when the items are sent.

The selection of this setting persists on next load. If it has been enabled last time, it will remain enabled until the user disables it.

OSCARPRO-4742 – Attach, review and remove a patient's health record data to/from a Smart Encounter

The Attachment Manager widget is now included in the Smart Encounter Form. Users can add patient records like Documents, eForms, Labs, etc. as part of their Letter. The associated contents appended to the end of the Smart Encounter content when exporting to PDF or faxing.

The Attachment Manager widget is now included in eForms. Users can add patient records like Documents, eForms, Labs, etc. as part of their Letter. The associated content is appended to the end of the eForm content when exporting to PDF or faxing.

OSCARPRO-5173 – Toggle to include a cover page when faxing attachments from Attachment Manager

An option allowing users to enabled or disable inclusion of a fax cover page when faxing from the Attachment Manager. The selection persists after refresh. Once enabled, it remains enabled until user disables it.

OSCARPRO-5174 Set a custom subject on the cover page when faxing with Attachment Manager

Users can now input a custom cover page subject line when sending a fax via Attachment Manager. The subject line appears on the cover page followed by the selected items.

OSCARPRO-5175 – Set a custom body on the cover page when faxing with Attachment Manager

Users can now input cover page body text when sending a fax via Attachment Manager. The text line appears on the cover page followed by the selected items.

OSCARPRO-5179 – Attach eDocs

The Attachment Manager now displays the "eDoc" category representing shared sources uploaded by the clinic. Note that unlike other sections, these items are not patient specific and are usually general resource documents.

Bugs

OSCARPRO-5206 –Alpha labs PDF output displays erroneous N under abnormal

Resolves an issue with Alpha lab PDF output displaying N under Abnormal column when not appropriate. Labs that do not have an abnormal status will display an empty value instead of a default N.

OSCARPRO-5283 – HRM Sign Off and Next fails on first click

Clicking Sign Off and Next now behaves as expected. Users do not have to click the button twice in order to proceed with this workflow.

OSCARPRO-5480 – Attachment Manager | All CPP revisions are shown

Ensures that only the latest version of the CPP is selectable in the Attachment Manager.

OSCARPRO-5539 – Unable to access peer encounter notes in Attachment Manager

Fixes an issue where not all encounter notes were not visible in Attachment Manager for selection. Going forward all notes, regardless of creator, are selectable in the module.

OSCARPRO-5556 – Pro Inbox buttons not positioned correctly and inaccessible

Addresses an issue found before release to live systems. The position of Inbox buttons has been corrected to prevent inability to click them.

OSCARPRO-5557 – eDocs are displaying in Attachment Manager despite Archived status

Addresses an issue found before release to live systems. Ensures that only 'active' eDoc items are displaying for selection.

Addresses an issue found before release to live systems. Removes the 'Save for Ocean' button when using the Attachment Manager widget in eForms or Smart Encounter Form.

Addresses an issue causing 500 error when loading the 3. Day Sheet All Appointments report.

Resolves an issue causing certain demographics to load the attachment manager slower than usual.

OSCARPRO-5747 – AM widget in eForms Can Cause JQuery Error

Older eForms that do not have jQuery in the eForm code no longer display a pop up to the user advising jQuery is missing. Attachment Manager Widget has been configured not to display on these eForms.

OSCARPRO-5749 – Address Excessive Logging in Ontario Billing Simulation and Generation Modules.

Reduces unnecessary and duplicated logging in the catalina logs associated with billing simulation and generation.

OSCARPRO-5762 – Attachment Manager widget throws error on certain eForms

Ensures eForms missing the DoNotPrint code do not display a prompt to the user when Attachment Widget is enabled.

Resolves an issue that caused certain eForms not to include all attachments when sent via Fax. All attachments are now sent successfully when faxing eForms with items included via the Attachment Widget.
