OSCARPRO-8702 – Add PRN as Selectable Frequency Option in PRO Rx UI

Adds PRN as a selectable frequency option in Pro Rx.
Lets prescribers select PRN without having to write it in the instructions of the parser.

OSCARPRO-8718 – Create a 'jump to schedule' button when using the appointment finder tool

Adds a "View" button in Appointment Finder results.
Lets staff jump to the suggested appointment date in the full schedule without booking the slot.
Helps staff review surrounding schedule context before choosing an appointment time.
Keeps Appointment Finder open when reviewing the schedule.

NOTE: Appointment Finder is accessed by clicking S beside the provider’s name in the schedule. The provider must have a schedule template with available slots for Appointment Finder to work.

OSCARPRO-8793 – Security Log Report: Disable Run Report button while query is in progress

Disables the Run Report button while the Security Log Report is already submitting.
Prevents repeated clicks from launching duplicate long-running log queries.
Reduces risk of database load spikes causing system slowdowns.
Shows a loading state while the report is running.
Targets report scenarios with very large log tables, including examples with 65M+ rows and queries over 230 seconds.

OSCARPRO-8811 – FHO+ frontend: print support for report panel

Adds browser print support for the FHO+ report panel.
Prints the currently filtered report with daily summaries, visible rows, annotations, rolling totals, and footer summaries.
Hides filters and action controls from the printed output.
Gives users a cleaner way to retain or share report snapshots.

OSCARPRO-8854 – Trigger Ocean Email from Smart Encounter

Adds Email and Save and Email actions to Smart Encounter.
Opens an Ocean message with the saved Smart Encounter letter attached.
Includes letter attachments in the Ocean attachment package.
Keeps Email actions disabled until the letter has been saved and shows the Ocean warning for first time users.

OSCARPRO-8855 – Display version of annotated document in eChart and Document List

Shows document mark up version suffixes in eChart and Document List.
Helps users identify when a document has marked up revisions.
Displays v2, v3, and later versions while leaving original unannotated documents unchanged.
Keeps displayed version aligned when users restore an earlier document version.

OSCARPRO-8971 – Run RA settlement (Settle / S35 / Settle All) processing in the background

RA Processing for Ontario Billing has been reprogrammed to run in the background, instead of in the browser (Administration > Billing > Billing Reconciliation)
Lets billing administrators start large RA settlements without waiting on a long browser request.
Avoids timeouts and blank white screens for large RA files.
Reverts processes that do not complete successfully for retry.
Eliminates partial RA processing and support calls

NOTE: This feature is disabled by default for most clinics and will be introduced gradually, with monitoring, before it becomes available across all systems.

OSCARPRO-9073 – Enable Service Code Multipliers Above 100% in OSCAR Pro Admin

Allows service code multipliers above 100% in OSCAR Pro Admin.
Supports billing code configurations such as 110% without manual adjustment.
Applies higher configured multipliers correctly in billing calculations and generated claims.
Aligns admin configuration with MOH SOB updates and future code changes.

OSCARPRO-8844 – Add Attachment Manager Link to Master Record

Adds an Attachment Manager link to the Master Record.
Lets users open Attachment Manager without first loading the eChart.
Reduces extra navigation and load time for patients with large eCharts.
Refreshes the existing Attachment Manager window when switching to another patient.

OSCARPRO-8864 Display warning prompt for unsaved mark up when closing document

Warns users before closing a document with unsaved mark ups.
Protects annotation work when users close the modal or press Escape while editing.
Keeps Escape behaviour predictable across text editing, tool exit, annotation mode, and document close.
Lets users choose to keep editing or discard unsaved annotation changes.

OSCARPRO-9060 – Add AAA Screening Prevention to OSCAR

Adds AAA Screening as a selectable Prevention item in OSCAR.
Makes AAA Screening available under Screenings for eligible patients age 65 and older.
Supports both default prevention files and clinics using custom prevention files.
Avoids requiring Support to move clinics to a custom prevention setup just to add this item.
Supports the Ontario Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Program

OSCARPRO-3672 – When PDF view is enabled, cover page delete or rotate only visible after refresh

Updates Pro Inbox PDF view so rotate, split, and delete-cover changes show immediately.
Reduces confusion when document changes were saved but not visible until refresh.
Helps prevent repeated delete-cover clicks caused by stale preview state.
Keeps PDF view behaviour closer to image view and Classic Inbox expectations.

OSCARPRO-8402 – No eChart Access - Higher eChart 'All Rights' security Object being superceded by lower priority echart block

Fixes eChart security priority handling where lower-priority blocks could override higher-priority All Rights access.
Restores clinic ability to block eChart access broadly while granting exceptions to specific users.
Addresses a privacy, access, and patient-safety risk in demographic-specific eChart permissions.
Removes a regression affecting clinics that manage access through object rights priority.

OSCARPRO-8530 – Invoice Reprint Uses Stale Discount From billing_on_ext After Discount Payment Deleted

Fixes invoice reprints showing deleted discount payments in ON 3rd party invoices.
Ensures printed invoices reflect the current active payment and discount state.
Removes a mismatch that was only visible when reprinting an invoice.

Respects selected notes instead of generating a PDF of the full chart.

Makes Super Code line item ordering consistent in Improved Pro Billing.
Displays billing codes in a predictable order when the same Super Code is selected.
Reduces billing review confusion caused by randomly ordered line items.
Supports more consistent invoice creation for configured Super Codes.

OSCARPRO-8984 – Attachment Manager cannot preview or print Diagnostic Imaging HRM when OBR content list is empty

Shows the description when users hover over a prevention item.
Helps clinicians understand prevention items without leaving the Preventions screen.
Fixes a regression where OSCAR Pro no longer displayed the hover description.

OSCARPRO-9211 – Fix auto-refresh timeout display default in General Settings (0 → 180)

Fixes General Settings default display for daily appointment auto-refresh from 0 to 180 seconds.
Prevents an admin save from silently disabling schedule auto-refresh on unconfigured instances.
Keeps the UI default aligned with the existing 180-second Java fallback.
Reduces missed schedule updates caused by auto-refresh being disabled without warning.

OSCARPRO-9104 – Archiving a CPP item updates the "Signed by" date on historical entries in Patient Log and Other Meds

Fixed an issue where archiving a CPP item could incorrectly update the "Signed by" date on older Patient Log and Other Meds entries.
Historical non-archived entries now keep their original signed date and time.
Only the archived item’s date is updated when it is archived.

OSCARPRO-9448 – eChart Continues to Launch in New Window instead of Reusing Existing Window (Eyeform3)

Fixes Eyeform3 workflows where eChart opened in a new window instead of reusing the existing eChart window.
Keeps eChart launch behaviour consistent across schedule appointments, newly created appointments, and patient search.
Reduces duplicate eChart windows when moving between patient records.

OSCARPRO-9514 – Pro Billing window briefly opens fullscreen before restoring persisted window size

Pro Billing now opens directly at the saved window size and position without briefly flashing fullscreen.
Improves startup behaviour for users who rely on persisted billing window preferences.
Stabilizes repeated reopen behaviour so window size does not grow unexpectedly.
Applies the same inner-window sizing fix to Pro Inbox.
