Improvements
OSCARPRO-5002 – Add eForm support for Attachment Manager Ocean Messenger
- eForms in Attachment Manager can be selected in Save for Ocean when sending an Ocean Patient Message. Click here for additional information on Patient Messages.
OSCARPRO-5176 – Search attachable items in Attachment Manager
- Users can now search items within the Attachment Manager manager using the Search field. This allows users to target or locate specific Documents, eForm, note, etc. without having to scroll through various sections.
The search must be at least 3 characters long and results include the date, and item type (Document, Notes, eForms, etc.)
OSCARPRO-4956 – Upgrade test framework to JUnit5 for CaseManagementEntryActionTest
- Upgrades the existing testing framework to a newer version to facilitate better testing and new functionality.
OSCARPRO-5171 – Update PrescribeIT to send individual user contact information
- The Address, Phone and Fax numbers appearing on a prescription sent via PrescribeIT can now be sourced from the Preferences settings found.
Previously, the associated information can come from the Administration > Clinic/Agency Address section. Or for Multisite systems, it is sourced from Location associated with each clinic.
This change allows prescribers to utilize the information they likely already have configured under Preferences for Fax/Address/Phone when sending electronic prescriptions.
Bugs
OSCARPRO-5232 – Last accessed patients setting causes long running query in large systems
- Significantly improves the loading speed of the Last Accessed Patient functionality. Systems with very large databases would run into slowdown when using this function. The query has been optimized to load better, even on larger systems.
The setting is located under Administration > System Management > Edit General Settings:
Users can configure it so that clicking Search on an empty string displays the last 10 patients they accessed.
OSCARPRO-1222 – Represcribing deleted drug fails to show drug as active
- ReRx'ing a drug that has been deleted in the past no longer hides the drug from the Current view.
OSCARPRO-2849 – Using Delete on Perinatal Form does not remove Form
- Perinatal Forms can now be deleted successfully using the "Delete" function when clicking on Perinatal title in eChart.
OSCARPRO-3496 – Eyeform3 Tickler from Consultation displays HTML code in message
- Triggering a tickler from an Eyeform3 consultation no longer displays raw HTML code in the Tickler message. Due to a security issue, HTML cannot be rendered within the EMR.
As a workaround, the link to the consultation is displayed as an "ATT" link beside the associated Tickler.
OSCARPRO-3775 – Represcribe all Long term Medication results in duplicate interaction warnings in Pro Rx
- Prevents duplicate interaction warnings from displaying in the Pro Rx section.
OSCARPRO-4549 – ON AR 2017 Form switches patient names after saving AR3
- Fixes an issue causing the patient first and last name to swap spots after saving a specific section in the ON AR 2017 Form.
OSCARPRO-4601 – Pro BC Billing Remittance with more than one VRC fails to parse correctly
- Addresses an issue introduced Teleplan file changes. Files that include an additional remittance when using 98990 fee item can now parse correctly. S21 lines in Billing Reconciliation > Summary no longer display incorrect $0 amount.
OSCARPRO-4654 – Custom login text does not function in new login pane
- Fixes an issue that caused systems with custom login text at the bottom, not to display in the Pro Auth Login page.
OSCARPRO-4932 – Fax Number Does not Retain In Smart Encounter After Save
- Users can now add the fax number in Smart Encounter Form letters before they click Save. Previously, clicking Save would wipe the fax number forcing user to enter it again.
OSCARPRO-4933 – Perinatal Schedule Shortcut Fails to open latest Form
- Fixes an issue causing the Perinatal form not to always open the most up to date Form when accessing it via the Schedule shortcut.
OSCARPRO-5213 – Daylight Savings time value Leads to ERROR 500 after update
- Addresses an issue caused by infrastructure software update. Data entered at a specific date/time relating to a change in daylight savings would cause a 500 error. Issue was mostly limited to automated measurement data import, as most users do not use the system during AM times.
OSCARPRO-5214 – Adding Measurements With eForm Causes NULL dateObserved in Measurements
- Modified the properties of the dateObserved column to prevent NULL from being saved as a date. This was occurring primarily within eForms that are programmed to enter a measurement automatically, and saving a NULL when a date was not present.
OSCARPRO-5307 – Rx Instructions may change after clicking out of field
- Prevents the Rx instructions from changing what is written by the user when clicking outside of the instructions field.
1.9.2 Tickets
OSCARPRO-5448 – kaiemr.war fails to update to 1.9 after initial release
- Resolves issues that caused the 1.9 build not to deploy fully for some systems. An SQL patch is implemented to adjust associated systems.
1.9.4 Tickets
OSCARPRO-5399 – RingCentral OutboundFax Uses Full Document Path Rather Than Relative
- Adjusts the document path of Ring Central files to ensure that they are relative to the path set in the properties of OSCAR. This helps ensure that the documents continue to load if and when an update is made to the path of documents.
OSCARPRO-5451 – DHDR search page fails to display search results
- Resolves an issue causing the DHDR integration not to display any medication when conducting a search.
