1.1 Release Notes

Build Name Change

This release introduces a new versioning naming convention that is used going forward for OSCAR Pro builds.

The new release version starts as 1.1.0 consisting of 3 numbers separated by dots using the following format:

MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH

The Major number is incremented when a major release involving incompatible API changes is made available. This number is not expected to change for the foreseeable future. 

The Minor number is incremented when new functionality is added to the system, such as Improvements to existing functionality or New Features. This will occur on a regular basis as new stuff is always added! May also include bugs. For example, 1.2.0

The Patch number is incremented when only bug fixes are introduced. The Patch number is updated when a quick release is desired to hotfix or patch an urgent bug. For example, 1.2.3

Force Password Reset

This build introduces a security improvement that compels users with weak passwords to select a new password upon login.

The password change is only applicable to a small subset of clinics and/or users whose credentials were migrated from an older system before the standard (8 character uppercase and number) requirement was enforced for OSCAR Pro systems.

In addition, a list of banned passwords is introduced that disallow users from using commonly used passwords that are not safe to use.

PrescribeIT Multisite (Ontario)

Ability for systems using the Multisite Configuration to take advantage of Infoway's PrescribeIT integration. This integration allows clinicians to send electronic prescription via Canada Health Infoway's PrescribeIT platform.

Please note that this module is still in Pilot stage and is only available for select clinics at this time. To facilitate the integration, onboarding with Infoway is required.

Dynacare eOrder (Ontario)

Ability for users to send a lab requisition electronically directly to Dynacare systems in Ontario. Users have the ability to see the status associated with eOrder, as well as update an existing eOrder in real time.

Please note that this module is still in Pilot stage and is only available for select clinics at this time. To facilitate the integration, onboarding with Dynacare is required.

Improvements

OSCARPRO-1727 - Display OH error message to users instead of current generic non-descriptive error messages

  • Error messages appearing after searching in DHDR are no longer generic. They include the specific error passed on via the response from Ontario Health systems.

OSCARPRO-2407 - Refactor this.providerPreference$ subscribe method in billing.facade.ts to improve readability

  • Improves a portion of the code to make it more legible for developers in the future and assist in maintaining it in the long term.

OSCARPRO-2533 - Include Reason in Consultation section of eChart

  • The eChart Consultation item view now displays the beginning of the 'Reason for Consultation' set within each saved Consultation request.

    This makes it easier for users to identify the reason for the associated consultation at a glance.





    This function can be turned off via the following setting:

    Administration > eChart > eChart Settings > Display Consultation Reason in eChart

OSCARPRO-2551 - Ability to define number of lines visible in Set Stale Date Preference

  • Users can use the Preferences > Set Stale Date for Case Management Notes function to identify which notes in the eChart are 'stale' and can be minimized.

    Alongside the existing ability to define the date range for a stale note (eg. 3 months) users can now also define the number of lines that appears for the notes that are defined as Stale.



    For example, if "Number of Lines to display for Stale Date" is set to 4, Stale date notes will only display 4 lines

OSCARPRO-2798 - Update Oscar Pro Frontend automated builds

  • Facilitates the move from using a  'release date' as the build, to using the Semantic Versioning approach (eg. 1.1.0) for OSCAR.

OSCARPRO-2839 - Add PHSA changes for indigenous identity and GDM selections in BC AR-2020

  • The BC AR2020 Form is modified to match the PDF version published by PHSA.

    Under "Indigenous Identifies", two new selections are added: "Outside Canada" and "Pending"



    Under GDM (Page 2) the 3hr option has been removed, and "Fasting" was added instead

OSCARPRO-2841 - Merge PrescribeIT Multisite

  • Adds the PrescribeIT functionality for clinics configured with Multisite.

OSCARPRO-2852 - Update Cardswipe pipelines to utilize new builds

  • Facilitates the move from using a  'release date' as the build, to using the Semantic Versioning approach (eg. 1.1.0) for the Cardswipe .war file.

OSCARPRO-3052 - Adding missing field in Oscar-pro demographic

  • Adds missing fields in demographic record to facilitate the Restore Demographic functionality.

OSCARPRO-1521 - Add ability to quick edit Repeats in Renewal Requests

  • Previously, users would need to edit each drug and go through multiple clicks to assign the "3 of Repeats"



    PrescribeIT users now have the ability to apply a number of Repeats in Renewal Requests with significantly less clicks.

    When a drug in Renewal Requests is set to the "Approve" action, a new field displays beside the Action column. Users can enter desired number of repeats or use the arrows to add/decrease amount.



    This can be especially effective where there are numerous drugs that need to be renewed and number of repeats adjusted.

OSCARPRO-2561 - Add A Refund Column to the Billing History

  • The Billing History section in the ON Billing now contains a column for the Refund information.

OSCARPRO-2552 - OLIS OMD: Mu Character in Printed View

  • Resolves an issue with the Mu character not displaying correctly in the PDF output of OLIS labs.

OSCARPRO-2864 - Update pipeline functionality to Introduce Additional Automation

  • Introduces automation to the build deployment tools to declutter build pipelines and maintain efficiency in the long term.

OSCARPRO-2019 - Must have a new window to handle opening viewlets and their responses

  • Introduces a new pop up window viewlet to be used as part of DHDR requirements

OSCARPRO-2842 - Revert change in OSCARPRO-2706

  • Removes code implemented in OSCAPRO-2706 as it is solved by other changes within

    OSCARPRO-2751.

OSCARPRO-2626 - Add Index for labPatientPhysicianInfo_id to improve lab loading speed in eChart

  • Adds an Index for a lab related table in the database to help significantly speed up the loading of labs items listed in the eCharts.

OSCARPRO-3058 - Auto update invoice A234/G435 to A233 service code based on yearly limit

  • Introduces a function brought over from an OSCAR THT build. When the setting is enabled, invoices that are saved with A234 or G435 service codes automatically change the service code to A233 if the former has not been billed for 365 days.

    The setting can be found under the following path:

    Administration > Billing > Billing Rules > Adjust invoice from A234/G435 to A233 automatically, based on the last 365 days (Ophthalmology clinics only)

New Features

OSCARPRO-2562 - Restore demographic backend for Pro

  • This new functionality allows users to review and restore historical changes to the Master Record.

    By default, each time a demographic record is updated in OSCAR it stores the information in a seperate table within the database. Users now have the ability to see this archived information, as well as click the Restore button to revert the changes back to the archived version.

    To view the archived record, click the Restore Demographic button in the Master Record:



    In the next interface, each row represents an iteration of when the Master Record was saved.

    In the example row below, we can see that that only the Email, First Name, Phone and HIN. Note that only fields that are different from the current information are displayed.



    The Current column shows what is currently found in the Master Record. The Restore To column shows the data found in the archived version of the specific row.

    Clicking Restore beside the associated row will modify the Master Record to reflect the information indicated under Restore To, thus reverting the Demographic information to its previous state.

    Users can also use the Restore To column as a reference and modify the Master Record manually as needed.

OSCARPRO-2771 - Dynacare eOrder Pilot Improvements and Bugs

  • Introduces the Dynacare eOrder functionality into the OSCAR build for ON. This allows clinicians to send lab requisitions directly to Dynacare servers. At the time of writing, this still in the pilot stage and is not ready for use for all clinics.

OSCARPRO-1289 - LU Code Not Displaying on Current Drug List Instructions Summary on New RX

  • Resolves an issue in Pro Rx whereby clicking the LU Code did not add it to the instructions as expected.

OSCARPRO-1433 - Pro RX Clicking link Causes Screen to Jump to Top

  • Prevents the Rx screen from jumping back to the top when clicking a button in Pro Rx for the first time. Issue was occurring for users who had increased browser zoom.

OSCARPRO-1491 - When Selecting a Billing Form in Preferences, Selecting a Form Outside of the System Default Does Not Change or Update

  • Addresses an issue with the correct Billing Form default set in Preferences not loading in Pro Create Invoice. As per established workflow, the Billing Form Default found under the Billing Provider set in invoice loads (as opposed to the current user Preference default)

OSCARPRO-1741  - Introduce feature to address referring physician populating issue in Phelix.

  • Resolves an issue with Referral Physicians being passed from Phelix to OSCAR via REST API integration.

OSCARPRO-1835  - Address on Rx fails to default to correct multisite address

  • Fixes an issue with Multisite instances whereby creating an Rx from an Appointment does not default to the correct Location. Going forward, the Location selected in Rx to display Address, Fax, etc. is based on the location of the appointment. Users have the ability to modify the Location as desired.

OSCARPRO-1990 - Must ensure clinic.url from properties file has a trailing slash when assembling redirect URL

  • Addresses an issue identified by OMD in relation to DHDR integrations.

OSCARPRO-2369 - CPP notes not displaying when Remove Note Filter is enabled

  • Fixes a bug associated with the 'Remove Note Filter' option in eChart display where certain CPP notes did not display to all users when the setting is enabled. 

OSCARPRO-2459 - Fix "didn't enter a diagnostic code" Warning when Dx code has been entered

  • Addresses a rare issue where the prompt of an empty Dx code appears despite user entering it correctly. Associated with Pro Create Invoice.

OSCARPRO-2567 - Unable to modify existing invoice if assigned provider is inactive

  • Previously, when editing an invoice whereby the Billing Physician was set to Inactive status, the field was blank and it would not be possible to save the invoice without re-activating the provider.

    When editing an invoice with an Inactive Billing Physician, the selection is no longer blank and the correct provider is pre-selected as expected.

OSCARPRO-2568 - Missing Image on Prevention Report Screen

  • Icon images besides each column name no longer display a broken image.

OSCARPRO-2570  -Form section in echart can reload with a different demographics forms

  • Addresses an extremely rare workflow with Forms whereby it is possible to load a Form of an unintended patient. 

OSCARPRO-2572 - Provider flagged multiple times in unmatched lab due to MRP setting

  • Matching a patient to a lab no longer creates a duplicate provider entry when the Lab Forwarding "Always Flag MRP" is enabled.

OSCARPRO-2573  -HTML content file is not generated when creating and HTML document

  • Opening up an HTML file from eChart > Documents in Pro UI no longer presents HTML error when trying to view the file.

OSCARPRO-2578 - Invoice List totals misaligned on BC Billing

  • Resolves minor visual issue in Invoice List where the columns are not fully aligned in an exported .xls file.

OSCARPRO-2588 - Printing an appointment card with deleted appointment results in Error 500

  • 500 error no long occurs when printing Appointment Card that includes Deleted appointments.

OSCARPRO-2605 - Health Card search not asking for version code from schedule main window

  • Fixes a bug that prevented the user from being asked for the Version Code when using the Search bar to validate an ON HIN.

OSCARPRO-2609 - NullPointerException when accessing custom groups

  • Resolves a bug with an error 500 displaying when using the C button again after a Custom Schedule has already been selected.

OSCARPRO-2615 - Address Does not Update Automatically on Perinatal Form

  • Restores functionality seen in other AR Forms whereby the Address is pulled directly from the Master Record each time the Perinatal Form loads. Previously, the initial address saved within the Form would load.

OSCARPRO-2636 - Urinalysis WBC and RBC failing to group correct results

  • Fixes an issue where certain WBC and WBC results in measurement trend display would intertwine and not display correct rend.

OSCARPRO-2640 - Sex value in Master Record is incorrect

  • Modifies an outdated term within the Gender field in Master Record to "Transgender"

OSCARPRO-2644 - Incorrect Referring Practitioner is displayed when the provider is inactive

  • Resolves an issue with previously saved Consultation where a provider that was set to Inactive status did not display as the Referring Practitioner

OSCARPRO-2692 - PDF View in inbox may overlap fields

  • Users who use choose to display PDF instead of Image as preview in Inbox and use an increased browser zoom no longer run into an issue with PDF window overlapping field area.

OSCARPRO-2718 - Unable to create invoice in Pro if patient is assigned custom Health Card Type

  • Resolves issue associated with invoice failing to create if Demographic maintains a Custom Health Card selection.

OSCARPRO-2720 - Pro invoice can be saved without a location in Multisite

  • Fixes an issue that allowed users, under a certain workflow, to create an invoice without selecting a Location.

OSCARPRO-2751 - Sulfa button results in no action in Pro Allergy

  • When selecting the Sulfa button under Allergies in Pro Rx, user can proceed without running into a blank selection.

OSCARPRO-2774 - Cancelled appointments display in Next Appointment Date in Inbox

  • Appointments that have the Cancelled status no longer display in the Next Appointment Date when viewing Documents in Pro Inbox

OSCARPRO-2777 - Using Sign & Save after writing Tickler note to encounter results in blank page

  • Using the 'Submit and Write to Encounter' on Ticklers to insert note, no longer causes the page to become blank after a 'Sign and Save' on note. The page closes as expected.

OSCARPRO-2788 - Fix 'Show in EChart' always being checked regardless of database value

  • Resolves inability to maintain the state of the 'Show in eChart' checkbox when setting up the Viewlet Configuration under ONE ID integration settings.

OSCARPRO-2801 - HRMs with linked report fail to display or download correctly in Pro Inbox

  • Fixes an issue associated with .html files transmitted via the HRM integration. When using Pro Inbox, users can now see the content of the .html file as preview, and also have the option to click a link to download the file directly.

OSCARPRO-2804 - Unassigned Document allows Acknowledge without warning in Pro Inbox

  • If a user clicks to acknowledge a document that is not assigned to a patient, they will be warned with an appropriate prompt to confirm their action.

OSCARPRO-2806 - Discontinue comment in Drug is not displaying under Comment section

  • The Comment associated with a drug discontinue now appear when reviewing the drug detail.

OSCARPRO-2809 - Unbilled Report opens old Create Invoice despite Pro UI

  • Clicking Bill under the Billing report now opens the Pro Create Invoice

OSCARPRO-2811 - Super Codes with multiple units in service code output incorrect total

  • Fixes a visual issue associated with incorrect Totals appearing on the invoice when a Dx code includes more than one count.

OSCARPRO-2814 - Acknowledge button missing from Lab when opened from eChart

  • Resolves an issue with the Acknowledge button not appearing on the lab when it is opened from eChart. Only applies to providers that have not acknowledged the lab in the past.

OSCARPRO-2837 - Drugs results fail to load after erasing a drug name with space

  • Removing the entire drug name after search, no longer causes the drug search to stall.

OSCARPRO-2845 - Adding a comment to an assigned lab with an unassigned provider results in a 500 error

  • Adding a comment by multiple providers to a lab item that is not assigned to additional providers no longer causes the lab item loading to fail.

OSCARPRO-2851 - Split document no longer links to current user after open

  • Resolves an issue with assignment of a split document. When a user splits a document and it opens in a new window, the current user will be successfully assigned to the split document causing the item to appear in their inbox as expected.

OSCARPRO-2854 - Incorrect Dx is applied when Dx Search is used to select 4 digit dx

  • When entering a 4 digit Dx code and clicking Search in the Classic Create Invoice screen, the Dx codes displayed no longer removes the last digit. The 4 digit code appears correctly.

OSCARPRO-2857 - Duplicate invoices created when using M and Create Invoice via Add Relation/Manage Contacts

  • Resolves an issue which is causing multiple duplicate invoice to be created when an invoice is created by accessing the M from existing demographic via Add Relation.

OSCARPRO-2859 - Dx search result does not display after space is used in name

  • Searching for a Dx in Create Invoice with a space no longer fails to resturn results.

OSCARPRO-2877 - Incorrect value in billing_on_ext table results in 500 error for all patients for specific patient

  • Prevents a general 500 error from appearing when opening up any appointment for specific patient due to an incorrect comma value in the payment value.

OSCARPRO-2899 - Using Acknowledge and adding comment in Preview fails to Acknowledge document

  • Fixes an issue that prevented the Acknowledge of the document under a specific workflow within the Preview mode of the Inbox.

OSCARPRO-2945 - Drug search results do not display relevant results when space is included

  • Resolves an issue where searching for a drug with a space does not narrow down results to relevant selections.

OSCARPRO-2952 - Smart Encounter Fax and Print does not respect Chrome PDF setting

  • The Fax and Print option now respects the Chrome browser setting to Download PDF or Display PDF in browser.

OSCARPRO-2981 - Using space in Service Code search fails to display results

  • Using a space when searching for a Service Code using Typeahead in Pro Create Invoice no longer fails to display results.

OSCARPRO-3024 - Reprint of RX Displays Today's Date Instead of Written/Original Date

  • Fixes issue associated with incorrect date potentially displaying when using the Reprint function in Pro Rx.

OSCARPRO-3040 - Classic Rx and Allergies - Push to Portal Hyperlink Visual Issue

  • Addresses a visual issue associated with the Apple Health Portal link in Classic Rx.

OSCARPRO-3046 - ReRx fails if instructions contain only the method word

  • Resolves an issue with using ReRx when the instructions contain only the method work such as "Take" or "Rub"

OSCARPRO-3138 - Quantity remains 0 when parsing instructions for in Rx

  • Resolves an issue where certain instructions would fail to display correctly Quantity and displayed 0 instead.

 

Security

OSCARPRO-2241 - Implement backend password checking

  • Users with weak passwords that do not match the standard OSCAR Pro requirements (of 8 characters, one upper case and one number) will be asked to reset their password upon successful login.

    If user logins successfully with a password that does not meet the requirements, they will be redirected to the familiar Change Your Password page:

OSCARPRO-3394 - Drugs fail to load in Manage Prescriptions when opened from eChart via Search

  • The Manage Prescriptions section in Pro Rx module no longer displays blank when opening from the Search section

OSCARPRO-3395 - Consultation printout 'Requesting Physician' field incorrect

  • Resolves an issue in Consultations that displayed incorrect information on the PDF output in the "Requesting Physician" field. The field now correctly displays the intended information of the current user submitting the Consultation. 

OSCARPRO-3403 - Display pop up to user when eForm Tags fail to load

  • An eForm no longer displays an error 500 if an oscarDB tag is failing to load when missing from the apconfig file. Instead, users sees a pop up advising that a specific tag failed to load and can proceed with the eForm as needed.

OSCARPRO-3404 - Signing note results in 500 error when opened from Master Record via Search

  • Resolves an issue that causes 500 error to occur when signing an encounter note opened from a Master Record via the Search section.

OSCARPRO-3407 - Rx Preview fails to load when using Save and Print from eChart via Search

  • Using the Save and Print no longer shows the Manage Prescription section when opening eChart from Search.

OSCARPRO-3409 - Logging in as an Okta user does not set the session attribute "userName" causing authentication loop

  • Addresses a rare workflow that may cause an authentication loop.

OSCARPRO-3421 - Saving invoice in Classic from Schedule erroneously loads Master Record

  • Saving an OSCAR Classic Invoice in the Ontario billing no longer redirects user to the Master Record of the patient.

OSCARPRO-3423 - Schedule fails to update automatically after note is signed or invoice is saved

  • Resolves a bug that prevented the schedule from refreshing automatically immediately after an invoice is created from schedule.

OSCARPRO-3424 - Renewal Request failing to parse in 1.1.0

  • Addresses an issue that prevented PrescribeIT Renewal Requests from properly parsing in the EMR.

OSCARPRO-3519 - Perinatal form date fails to update

  • Resolves an issue whereby saving the Perinatal Form did not properly update the latest saved date within the eChart.

OSCARPRO-3521 - Apconfig 'hin' tag has Incorrect Query

  • Restores the 'hin' tag functionality to its original OSCAR query which includes the hin and version code.

OSCARPRO-3522 - Saved Perinatal form fails to open if the form contains comments

  • Fixes an issue causing the Perinatal Form to load an error 500 if the Comments section on the first page is populated.

OSCARPRO-3523 - Edit Invoice fails to open when certain role objects are enabled

  • Resolves an issue with the Billing Correction causing a 500 error when either the _team_billing_only or _team_access_privacy Object Role is applied to a user or a role.

OSCARPRO-3444 - Dynacare eOrder - Check Digit continues to be missing from barcode

  • Resolves an issue with the Dynacare eOrder that failed to display the Check Sum digit. The digit now shows up within the barcode on the requisition, but not the number in the id label.

OSCARPRO-3547 - Clicking Print on HRM Document in Pro results in file with incorrect extension

  • Clicking "Print" on an HRM file in the Inbox no longer downloads a file with incorrect extension. The downloaded file is in PDF format. 

OSCARPRO-3556 - Requesting Physician displays on Consultation despite no CPSO in provider record

  • Resolves a bug that caused the "Requesting Physician" to display despite the associated user not having a CPRO number on record. Users without a CPRO number in provider record no longer get the "Requesting Physician" line displaying on consultations they generate.

OSCARPRO-3118 - eForm Submit and Fax fails to paste note to encounter for previously saved eForms

  • Addresses an issue that caused the error "ERROR: could not paste to EMR" to appear erroneously when user submits an eForm for faxing. The error no longer appears and the 'paste to EMR' note works as intended.

OSCARPRO-3241 - ReRx fails due to specific instructions

  • Drugs that are saved with instructions such as "Q2w x1m" no longer fail to display to the user when using the ReRx functionality.

OSCARPRO-3132 - Remove calls to legacy XML physician string setter methods

  • Resolves an issue associated with the REST API causing an error when a 3rd party uses the Create Demographic endpoint. Also addresses issue discovered in OSCARPRO-3571.

  • Resolves an issue with the Suspect Hyperthyroidism not submitting correctly in a BC eOrder.

  • Resolves an issue with the Suspect Hypothyroidism not submitting correctly in a BC eOrder.

OSCARPRO-3583 - Multisite eForm tags fail to load Location/Appointment data

  • Addresses an issue that prevented certain eForms from loading appropriate Location address information. Applicable to Multisite configuration only. 

OSCARPRO-3612 -  Outdated apconfig tags: 'medical_history' and 'other_medications_history'

  • Updates the default apconfig file responsible for tags accross OSCAR to reflect a superior query for medical_history and other_medications_history

OSCARPRO-3619 - Invoices on OnAccount Returning Error 500 due to unknown family_doctor column

  • Address an issue causing a 500 error when using the OnAccount functionality to view invoices. The OnAccounts is a custom configuration ported over from an older OSCAR build for a specific system. 

OSCARPRO-3635 - eOrder BC - Selecting "Monitor thyroid replacement therapy" results in 500 error

  • Resolves an issue with the Monitor thyroid item not submitting correctly in a BC eOrder

OSCARPRO-3643 - Rx Preview fails to load when using Save and Print from eChart via Message Module

  • Addresses an issue specific to opening a Prescription from print when accessing the eChart using the Msg shortcut. Clicking Save and Print no longer loads incorrect window

OSCARPRO-3676 - Auto update invoice A234/G435 to A233 not working due to unnecessary dependencies

  • Resolves a dependency issue associated with OSCARPRO-3058. Previously, this functionality ported from another THT build only worked when specific properties were enabled. The functionality has been modified to ensure it is enabled via Administration regardless of the two properties. 

OSCARPRO-3648 - ON eOrder - BC Hard Coded test Protein displays under Other Tests in ON eOrder

  • Ensures that BC related tests such as "Protein" do not erroneously appear within the ON eOrder integration.

OSCARPRO-3689 - Checking Ref Doc on invoices causes errors with blank referral numbers

  • Fixed a bug that displayed 000000 in the 'Refer. Doctor' field in Classic Create Invoice when a Referral Doctor was not associated with a patient.

  • Resolves an issue causing certain drugs to reset the quantity back to 0 after using a ReRx of an older drug.

OSCARPRO-3907 - Rx fails to save if city in Master Record is over 20 characters

  • Fixes a bug that disallowed prescription to be saved if City of Patient was over 20 characters.

OSCARPRO-3943 - Clicking Print on DHDR item fails to generate PDF content

  • Resolve an issue with a PDF not generating correctly when clicking Print on certain DHDR items.

OSCARPRO-3963 - Referral Number populating as 000000 erroneously in Hospital Billing

  • The Hospital Billing no longer loads 000000 automatically if a patient does not have a Referral Doctor in the Master Record

OSCARPRO-3978 - family doctor tags not working in smart encounter template

  • Restores functionality to the family doctor tags in the Smart Encounter. When used in the template, the Family Doctor Label, First or Last Name pull correct information from the Master Record.

OSCARPRO-3994 - Assigning lab to patient erroneously flags current user

  • Fixes an issue that was causing patient matching to associated lab with current user. Current user will no longer be associated to a lab after a Patient is Matched (unless they are set as the MRP).

OSCARPRO-4023 - Opening MCEDT Results in OSCAR slowing or crashing if Document has a lot of files

  • Resolves an issue with the MCEDT Mailbox loading due OBEC engaging with a file path that maintains a lot of documents. The solution applied is to hide OBEC behind a property and enable it for effected clinics.

OSCARPRO-3746 - Modifying Refill Request does not reflect correct amount in Encounter Note

  • Fixes a bug that did not translate Renewal Request changes to the encounter note. Going forward when a user modifies a Renewal Request and pastes not to encounter, the correct Quantity and Repeats will be displayed on the note.

OSCARPRO-3764 - Rx Parse Instructions fail to output fractional instructions

  • Addresses an issue with the parser not calculating the quantity when a fraction amount is used, such as "take 1/4 BID for 10 days"

OSCARPRO-3777 - Display Pharmacy Rx setting not respected

  • Resolves an issue whereby the following setting was not being respected to automatically display the pharmacy info on Prescriptions:

    Administration > System Management > Rx Settings > Display Pharmacy Info on Prescriptions by default

OSCARPRO-3787 - Payment Date erroneously saves as current date in On Accounts

  • Prevents the Payment Date from saving todays date when adding a deposit under the On Accounts section in Master Record.

OSCARPRO-3820 - 'today' apconfig tag is incorrect

  • Restores the today tag to its original format in the default apconfig file.

OSCARPRO-3827 - Medications In eChart limits display to 12 entries

  • Resolves an issue with the eChart not displaying the arrow for the user to expand the list of medications. Issue was limited to patients with are more than 12 Rx items showing in eChart.

OSCARPRO-3832 - E140A exception not implemented in A233 Auto Billing as part of 2638

  • Adds the E140A exemption for the A233 Auto Billing Rule. If E140A was billed within the last two weeks, do not automatically modify A234A and G435A to A233A. If A234/A253 has been billed within the last 3 months, do not modify to A233A. 

OSCARPRO-3900 - Race condition in Master Record causes the Health Card Type to not load Canadian provinces

  • Fixes a rare instance whereby the Health Card Type is failing to load Canadian provinces in Master Record. Issue was a result of a race condition during OSCAR startup and is fixed upon restart.
