OSCAR-4525 - Add Fax column when searching for Referral in Master Record
When searching for Referral or Family doctors, users are now able to see a new column containing the Fax number of the associated specialist.
OSCAR-4483 - Set billing rule alert A003A to display if there are 2 invoices (instead of 4)
Previously, the "Not eligible to bill A003A" would display on the create invoice page if the patient had code A003A billed 4 times in the last year. This alert has been modified to reflect changes from the MOH in relation to the limit.
The alert now displays after the code has been billed 2 times for a specific patient.
OSCARPRO-1677 - Modify Smart Encounter print to respect 'open in PDF' Chrome setting
Previously when exporting the Smart Encounter Form to PDF, a file automatically downloaded to the local computer. The PDF output now respects Chrome Browser setting in relation to PDF and can now be displayed directly in the browser (instead of downloading to the local computer).
OSCARPRO-1660 - Allow ability to edit an Rx under print prescription
The OSCAR Pro Rx UI now allows users to edit medications after the prescription has been generated via the 'Save and Print' function.
The Edit Rx is located at the top right of the Print Prescription screen:
When clicked, the user will be returned to the Rx Module where they can edit, add or remove desired medications and re-save the prescription.
OSCARPRO-1506 - Improve pharmacy loading experience under Manage Pharmacies
Certain systems with a very large number pharmacies experienced mild lagging issues when searching or going through the Preferred Pharmacies list in the Pro RX UI.
The loading experience of both the search and scrolling under Manage Pharmacies has been improved by introducing pagination.
This improvement eliminates lag associated with searching and displaying Preferred Pharmacy results.
Anytime there are more then 60 results in the list, users will have the ability to click the backward or forward icons to navigate to a desired page in the results.
In addition, the PrescribeIT pharmacy search window width has been expanded to accommodate better visibility when searching pharmacies.
OSCAR-4533 - Add validation and checks to add/edit specialist to accommodate specific system
Clinics can now enable additional validation and required fields in the add/edit specialist section. The setting can be found here:
Administration > System Management > Edit General Settings > Enable Additional Validation when creating or editing a Specialist entry
When this setting is turned on, the following changes apply:
First and last name cannot be digits
First and last name are required fields
Fax and phone must follow the following format: xxx-xxx-xxxx
Fax and phone are required fields
website and email fields must be properly formatted
ON referral number is required
Province field is introduced
OSCAR-4530 - Change how Measurements load in Consultations in Eyeform3
By default, when measurements are pulled via Consultation in Eyeform3, only measurements associated with the specific appointment will populate.
Clinics now have the ability to allow for all measurements to be pulled by disabling the following setting.
(Note: this function only applies to systems that use the specialized Eyeform3 eChart)
Administration → System Management → Consultation Settings → General Consultation Request Settings → Filter Ocular Examination measurements by appointment
New Features
OSCAR-4527 - Ability to "Move" appointment keeping all original data
A new feature has been introduced to allow users to "Move" an appointment. Unlike using the "Copy" button which copies the appointment related details, allowing users to "Paste" the details to a new appointment, the "Move" button moves the entire content of the appointment to another slot.
This helps ensure that details such as Creator and Create Date are retained when the appointment is moved to another slot.
The move button is available on the Edit Appointment screen:
OSCAR-1063 - Have only physicians appear in the MRP drop down (Master Record)
Clinics have now the ability to define which providers displays in the MRP drop down within the Master Record. Traditionally, all providers assigned the 'doctor' would display.
When the associated setting is turned on under Administration, only those providers with a CPSID in the provider record will display in the MRP dropdown within the Master Record.
The setting is found in the following location:
Administration > System Management > Edit General Settings > Display only providers with CPSID under MRP in Master Record
OSCARPRO-1280 - Ability to Attach Documents to Patient By Searching Health Card Number
Clinics can now use the the HIN number to locate demographics in the Patient field when attaching documents in Pro Inbox.

Fixes an alignment issue with the ON Billing Reconciliation .csv export. Columns are no longer misaligned when name is included.

Resolves an issue where providers who are Inactive displayed in the Day sheet section under Reports. Affecting only systems with Multisite enabled.
OSCAR-4526 - Stale Date preference not respected in encounter notes
Fixes an issue associated with the "Set Stale Date" setting found under Preferences. Using this setting will now properly filter the notes based on the users desired selection.

OSCAR-4523 - 'complete' Excelleris lab status shows as 'Partial' in Inbox
Initial Excelleris integration in OSCAR for ON builds failed to properly account for lab status in relation to "Partial" or "Final" display in Inbox. This ticket gives OSCAR the ability to account for Excelleris statuses and translate them accordingly in the Inbox.

Fixes an issue whereby the Creator name failed to display in the Prevention record if their provider number in OSCAR starts with 0.
