Forms can be activated or deactivated within OSCAR, but their underlying structure cannot be easily edited/modified. Please see the eForms section for a more customized approach.

Adding/Removing a Form in OSCAR
- Navigate to Administration (at the top)
- Click on Forms/eForms > Select Forms
- The left Table list displays all forms available in OSCAR, while the right Table List displays the Forms currently available in your OSCAR Form list
- Select a desired Form from the list, and click the Add or Delete button to either add it to your OSCAR (from the left) or remove it from your OSCAR (on the right)
