Here we will be going over how to use the Teams options to help manage the Consultation Requests.
Here is a link to a video: Teams for Consultation Requests
In order to create a new Team, it must be assigned to a provider record first. This can be assigned by a provider that has Administrative access.
We will navigate to Administration > User Management > Search/Edit/Delete Provider Records:
From here we can search by either a provider's last name, or their provider number and click Submit. Once the provider is loaded, we will click on the ID number in blue to open the record.
A Team can be entered, and then Update Record at the bottom to save the changes:
Please note, the Team needs to be in any provider record that is active, it does not necessarily need to be in a physician and/or nurse practitioner's provider record only to work.
Teams can be used for services, or even provider's name in larger clinics.
Once the Team is saved in a provider record, it would then be available to assign a new Consultation Request. You can check out this link on how to create consultations: Consultation Request
By updating the Send To with the new Team Mental Health, the Consultation Request will be assigned to that Team when its submitted to the chart.
From the Consultations tab in green from the schedule page, we can complete a Team search/filter:
Here we can easily select a Team, and then enter in a date range, and click Consultation Requests For This Team to load the report.
This is an easy way to search/filter through the Consultation Requests.
