Improvements

OSCARPRO-4294 - Update launch URL for general viewlets including eConsult and Health Partner Gateway

  • Updates the URL associated with the Contextual Launch integrations to conform with latest request by OMD. The updates ensure that the most correct URL is being used to redirect the user to the appropriate Ontario Health endpoint.

OSCARPRO-2757 - Private Invoice Displays Incorrect Amount on 'Print PDF' When Balance is Over $1000

  • Addresses an issue when using the "Print PDF" function in a 3rd party invoice (note that the Print function is not effected). Using "Print PDF" now displays the correct value regardless of the amount.

OSCARPRO-2818 - Document Type not pasting correctly into encounter note

  • Clicking eChart from a Document in the Pro UI will now include the correct Type of document in the title of the encounter note (assuming document has Type assigned, and all previous encounter notes have been signed).

OSCARPRO-2828 - Opening CC Draft in PrescribeIT saved by other providers fails to load data

  • Resolves an edge case for Multisite PrescribeIT setups that prevented the Draft content from loading if one user is trying to load the Clinician Message Draft of another user. A Draft represents a message saved, but not sent.

OSCARPRO-3557 - Requesting Physician does not display Edit Signature Preference on Consultation

  • Restores the ability for the Edit Signature Preference content to display for an associated user on a Consultation Print page.

OSCARPRO-3566 - BC RTF Lab Reports fail to generate correct PDF content

  • Labs from VIHA are now formatting in a more acceptable and readable format when being exported to PDF in OSCAR. This is occurring despite the outdated RTF format.

OSCARPRO-3728 - ON Billing - Admission date is not autopopulating when set to do so

  • Resolves an issue with Admission Dates not populating in the Pro UI Create Invoice despite the associated property being enabled.

OSCARPRO-3908 - Patient Sex displays Male erroneously on 3rd Party Invoice print

  • The Print version of the 3rd Party Invoice now reflects the Sex field value from the Master Record of the patient.

OSCARPRO-3937 - listing eform images in an empty folder causes NullPointerException

  • If Image Library section is empty, accessing this section via the Front End Administration section on longer results in a 500 error.

OSCARPRO-3975 - Inbox displays unnecessary 'provider already linked' warning when patient attached

  • Removes erroneous prompt message advising user that provider was already linked, despite new document not having any linked providers.

OSCARPRO-3976 - Alpha Labs Versioning Deletes Measurements From eChart

  • Prevents a long standing bug with Alpha labs. Unlike other lab service organizations, Alpha labs does sends only the updated sections of the results in additional lab versions (V2). This caused older measurements to potentially not appear in the front end of the EMR as they were being replaced by newest data. A change has been implemented to prevent the Alpha measurements from being removed and accommodate for Alpha's unique way of sending labs.

OSCARPRO-3977 - Inactive or non-rostered patients are included in Ontario Prevention Report when using Provider dropdown list

  • Adjusts the Prevention Report dropdown functionality to exclude patients that are not Enrolled (Rostered) or that are Inactive. Note that this applies to the dropdown provider selection, and does not effect the traditional Saved Query based way to determine patients.

OSCARPRO-4229 - Patient Age Displaying Incorrectly as eChart in specific cases

  • Resolves a discrepancy between the calculation of patient age in months between the Master Record and eChart. The issue occurred if the DOB was within 5 days of current date. Master Record and eChart now show the same page in months. (eg. 11 months).

OSCARPRO-4358 - Replying to Messages Does not Pre-Select The Recipient 

  • Fixes a bug that was causing recipients set within the Msgs section not to be pre-selected upon reply. The issue occurred only when the associated recipients are part of a nested Message Group (as opposed to all recipients).

OSCARPRO-4388 - Pending Docs Section Save and Next Not Working

  • Addresses an error that is preventing users from clicking the Save and Next button within the seldomly used Pending Docs in the Inbox.

OSCARPRO-4393 - Cover Letter in eFax fails to default to None upon first setup

  • Resolves an issue that is causing the Cover Letter option to default to incorrect default when setting up the initial Ring Central integration. Users no longer have to re-save the section to ensure that the "None" Cover Letter setting is respected

OSCARPRO-4496 - Resolve issues caused by V2024_01_1__EncounterTableMigration.sql file due to failing migrations

  • Addresses an issue that caused several systems from updating fully to the latest build. Issue was caused due to changes to tables associated with a future MySQL upgrade.

OSCARPRO-4465 - Content fails to display upon lab print for VIHADI location

  • Fixes an issue causing hl7 lab files from a specific lab service location (VIHADI) not to output certain data when converted to PDF.

OSCARPRO-4488 - Clicking Save multiple times in Smart Encounter can cause incorrect content to save

  • Prevents users from erroneously saving an encounter Form by clicking the Save button very fast while the initial Save is still loading. Users can no longer click the Save button if the Form is loading.

OSCARPRO-4506 - Smart Encounter tags value overwritten after second save

  • Addresses an issue that caused certain tags not to populate with correct information (eg. demographic first name) once the Smart Encounter Form is saved multiple times. Issue would occur for specific tags, and only if they showed up multiple times within the Smart Encounter Template.

OSCARPRO-4487 - Fax queued prompt no longer displayed when faxing individual document

  • Resolves an issue that causes the a 'fax successfully sent' prompt not to display when triggering a fax from the OSCAR Pro Document interface.

OSCARPRO-4492 - All Pro inbox items may fail to load on initial open

  • Fixes a rare issue that was causing some items not to fully display in the Inbox of a provider. The issue did not effect the count number of items and occurs only under a specific browser zoom setting.
