Users may require to have their secondary authentication option reset from time to time (to pick a different option, access to a specific device is no longer available, etc.)
Once the MFA setting has been reset for the user, they will be prompted to set up a new secondary authentication method upon login.

Reset MFA For a Specific User

Navigate to Administration

Select User Management > Pro Auth Settings
- Under the Reset MFA for User section, click inside the Search box to locate and select the desired user by typing in their last name, first name, or username.
- Once user is selected, the section will display the type of MFA they currently have set up.
- Click the Reset MFA button
- Message "MFA was reset for user ..." will appear
