If a user attempts to login unsuccessfully too many times, the message "Your account is locked. Please contact your administrator" will appear, preventing the user from logging in for at least 15 minutes.
Please see instructions below on how to unlock the user via Administration:
Unlock User in Pro Auth:

Navigate to Administration

Select User Management > Pro Auth Settings
- Under the Unlock Accounts section, click the Select User dropdown
- Select the desired user from dropdown. Note: users will only appear if their account is currently locked
- Click the UNLOCK button
Result: user is unlocked and may try again to login.
