Here we will outline steps to configure billing preferences in the system to ensure efficiency and accuracy in billing processes.
Access Billing Preferences
- Locate the 'Preferences' option in the upper banner.
- Scroll down to locate Billing Preferences
- From here you can review and set any areas that may differ from the clinic default settings. Such as:
- Billing Form
- Service Location code
- Option to have (or remove) the additional Diagnostic codes
- Save changes once you are satisfied with your changes.

- Familiarize yourself with the billing preferences to minimize the time spent on adjustments.
- Regularly review your billing settings to ensure they remain aligned with your current needs.
