Accessing Attachment Manager
Navigate to the eChart of the desired patient and click the Attachment Manager icon at the bottom of the eChart:

The screenshot below showcases the main Attachment Manager module. Various sections are numbered with an explanation below.
- Category: Indicates the category under which individual items can be selected. Categories can be clicked to expand/collapse all items below it
- Checkbox: Used to select or de-select an individual item
- Eye Icon: Displays a preview of the associated item
- SELECT/DESELECT ALL: Buttons to select or de-select all, or currently selected items
- SELECTED: Separate panel to display and preview currently selected items
- PRINT: Exports selected items to a PDF Document
- FAX: Opens the FAX panel to trigger a fax of selected items to desired recipients
- SAVE FOR OCEAN: Loads selected items into an Ocean Email Message to patient.
Selecting Items in Attachment Manager
The items in the Attachment Manager are broken down into their respective medical record categories such as Documents, Encounter Notes, Labs, Family History, etc.
Selected items are included when exporting to PDF, faxing, or attaching items to an electronic message (via Ocean integration)
To select individual items, click the box beside the title of the specific item. Selected items have a checkmark inside.
To select all items under a specific Category (such as Documents), click the box beside the title of the Category
To select all items available in the Attachment Manager, click the SELECT ALL button at the top left. This selects all items within all categories.
To de-select all currently selected items, click the DESELECT ALL button at the top left. This de-selects all previously selected items.
Reviewing and Adjusting Selected Items
At any point of the process, clicking the SELECTED button at the top right opens a new panel with all currently selected items.
This provides the option to view currently selected items or remove undesired ones.
- Clicking the eye icon displays a preview of the specific item
- Clicking the - removes the item from being selected
- Clicking the X closes the SELECTED panel
When inside the FAX panel, click BACK TO ATTACHMENTS to navigate back to the main Attachment Manager section to select more items.
You may switch between FAX and BACK TO ATTACHMENTS without losing any of your selected items.
