The Sent tab of the MCEDT Mailbox permits you to review if the file has been sent and received by the MOH. The status of WIP (Work In Progress) is the final status of the claim file. This status means that the MOH has received the claim file on their end.
Please note that the only conformation that the MOH received a claim file is to review the downloaded reports and confirm a Batch Edit was received for each claim file uploaded, with no rejection indicated.
In order to access the Sent folder, we will need to navigate to:
1. Administration
2. Billing
3. MCEDT Mailbox
4. Select "Sent" at the top of the Mailbox
5. Search by Billing number in drop down, and MOH Status of "WIP" (work in progress)
6. Select Load Page
7. Once page is loaded, you will see a list of all claim files that have been submitted in past, as well as being currently worked on . It will show by claim file name from your EMR (Generate OHIP Screen), with the date and time they received it.
