In this training video, I’ll walk you through managing your forms list from the admin panel to ensure they’re available in your eChart. I’ll show you how to select, add, and delete forms, as well as how to customize their order for easier access. It’s important to note that these forms are hard-coded and cannot be modified. Please make sure to follow along and try these steps in your own admin panel.
0:00 Hi there. In today's training video, we're going to be going over how to manage your forms list from under your
admin panel to have them available within your eChart. With regards to the forms, a list can be managed from your
admin panel.
0:22 So by going under Administration, we're going to go into Forms, eForms on the left, and we're going to go into
select forms, the first option.
0:31 These forms are hard-coded into your EMR system. They cannot be modified and additional options cannot be
added here. But with your list, you'll see you have all available forms.
0:43 And then anything that's under selected forms would be items that are active and available when you are within
the patient's e-chart.
0:50 From here, you're able to select anything you wish to add by clicking it from the left and clicking the add button
to move it to the right box.
1:00 If there's anything that you're no longer using, you're able to select it from the selected forms, and then click
Delete to move it back over to the available forms.
1:11 You also have an ability to move items up and down. So for instance, if we use our letterhead most frequently, I
can select that to move it forward.
1:21 So you can customize your form options from under your admin panel. You'll see that we've added the health
passport in our example.
1:30 Now by going back into your our patient's clinical chart, and going over to the forms on the left hand side, by
hovering our mouse over the forms options, we'll see that we now have added the health passport.
1:42 That would be concluding today's video on how to manage your forms options within your clinic. You can
check out our help portal for any additional videos and articles. Thanks!
