Key Steps
Step 1: Accessing the Outside Use Report 0:12

Navigate to Administration.

Click on Billing on the left side.

Select MCEDT Mailbox.
Step 2: Downloading the Report 0:24

Click on Download New Files (in green) to retrieve new reports.

Your Outside Data Use Report will start with the letter L, followed by the month and OU for outside use.
Step 3: Opening the Report 0:46

Click directly on the L file to open it.

Load the information into your EMR.

Close the report after loading.

To archive, click the checkbox next to the report and then click on the Archive button.
