For virtual visits, we recommend using your computer’s built-in speakers to play audio. As long as the volume is loud enough, Nexus AI will be able to pick up the patient’s voice and generate a note.
Phone Calls:
If you're speaking with a patient by phone, place the call on speakerphone and keep the phone close to your computer’s microphone so Nexus AI can clearly capture the audio.
Headsets or Earbuds:
If you're using a headset or earbuds for a call on your computer, capturing the patient’s voice requires a few extra steps. Please refer to the setup instructions for Windows or Mac.
