In this mini video we will go over how to ReRx Long Term Medications using 2 different routes.
0:00 Hi there. In today's training video, we're going to be going over how to re-prescribe your long-term medication.
There are two ways that you're able to do this.
0:13 First is by clicking on the Rx link in order to access the medication module from this route. That'll load for you your medications module, and then from here there will be a RERX, all LT meds. 0:28 The LT stands for long-term and that would be any of the medications that you have marked as long. With the one click that'll pre-populate any of the medications that you have marked as long-term. 0:41 Alternately, if you are within the patient's clinical chart, there is a shortcut to that as well that is built into the clinical chart. 0:52 From the E, we are going to click on the plus sign beside the word medications. The plus sign here will automatically. 0:59 Represcribe your long-term meds, so we will see that the same medications has pre-populated going this route as well. Now that we have our long-term medications populated, we are able to scroll down and click on our save and print. 1:15 That'll load into your print preview window where you are able to print and paste into your EMR or fax and paste into your EMR. 1:25 That would be concluding today's video on how to re-prescribe your long-term medications. You can check out our help portal for additional videos. 1:33 Thanks!
