The Attachment Manager allows users to choose various patient records to include in an eForm or a Letter. In OSCAR Pro, there are two primary methods for sending a Letter.
The first method is the Classic Rich Text Letter eForm, while the second is the Smart Encounter Form, which enables users to create custom templates directly within the EMR.
Unlike the Classic Rich Text Letter eForm, which requires HTML knowledge or assistance from Support to create and upload templates, the Smart Encounter Form offers a more user-friendly option to create and manage letter templates.
In addition to Letters, the Attachment Manager can be used within any other eForm in OSCAR Pro!
Faxing Patient Records using Attachment Manager with Custom Cover Page

In addition to attaching items in eForms and Letters, users can export selected items to a PDF, fax them to selected recipients, or send them via an electronic message to a patient.
