By default, the eChart Roll in OSCAR displays additional information alongside encounter notes, such as eForm entries, Documents, Invoices, etc.
Clinics have the ability to configure which of these additional items are hidden. This helps clinics eliminate certain items from appearing and reduce the clutter associated with the eChart Roll.
Hiding Additional Items in eChart Roll
- Navigate to Administration > eChart > eChart Settings
- Under Manage eChart Display Settings, select Yes beside any of the following:
- Hide E-Form Notes
- Hide Document notes
- Hide Invoice Notes
- Hide Form Notes
- Hide CPP Notes
- Click Save
In the example below, everything except for Invoice is set to "Yes". As a result, only the invoice line appears in the eChart Roll
