How to Add A New Doctor to Recieve Dynacare Labs for Existing Set Up

Clinics that have an existing integration to receive Dynacare results directly into their OSCAR can add new doctors as needed.

This process involves contacting Dynacare with a request to add the associated doctor to the clinics existing Dynacare account.

Dynacare's preferred method to add a new doctor is to utilize the following web form on their website.

When submitting the Form above, on page 2:

• When asked "is this a new setup" please select NO (as this request is being made for an existing Dynacare account)
• When asked "What type of reports do you wish to receive" please select "Electronic Results to EMR"
• When asked about EMR vendor, please enter the following information:
  
  Provider name: WELL EMR Group
  Software: OSCAR Pro
  Telephone: [phone]

Once the doctor is added, any labs sent by Dynacare to this account will transmit to OSCAR automatically.
